As our Product Marketing Manager you will…

  • Own the creation of value propositions, content and go-to-market marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute on launch plans to drive adoption of product and new features
  • Come up with innovative ways to communicate value to customers, convert prospects, drive engagement, and create virality
  • Drive awareness and understanding of Tonkean through multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends, and apply key learnings to new initiatives
  • Understand customer needs and continually refine go-to-market strategy through surveys, interviews, testing, and product usage analysis
  • Analyze full-funnel conversion and retention, and figure out where you can have the highest impact on improving these KPIs
  • Develop post-launch marketing programs for sustained engagement and growth

A bit about you:

  • You’re highly creative, but at analytical, data-driven and results oriented at the same time
  • You enjoy learning, trying new things and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
  • You care deeply about amazing customer experience, and have a passion for gaining customer insights and translating those insights into effective marketing programs
  • You’re knowledgable about different marketing channels and effective methods for communicating, converting and engaging customers
  • You have a proven track record of developing compelling product positioning, messaging, and illustrating simple product utility
  • You have experience working in startups
  • You’re super smart, fun, great at managing cross-functional work, and love to collaborate on solving hard problems with your team
  • You have samples of product rollouts that you have managed, or the ability to otherwise demonstrate personal excellence in this area

Your qualifications:

  • 2-5 years product marketing experience 
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization and project management skills
  • Excellent communication: written, verbal and visual
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch
  • Ability to move swiftly between high level strategy to low level execution
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume and time sensitive environment
  • Native understanding of and experience with the U.S. market
