We are looking for a creative, curious, and engaging copywriter/content manager to help tell the Tonkean story.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will work with stakeholders across the company, including the CEO, CTO, engineering, sales, and with our customers and partners to hone Tonkean’s point of view and bring our narrative and positioning to our various audiences. You will bring your creative knowledge and writing expertise to elevate our various forms of content including blog, website, ads, social, brochures, whitepapers, and more.
 

You are someone that loves writing in all its forms, creating both long form and short form content. You strive to create clear, concise, engaging, and moving content with the utmost attention to grammar and detail. You care about content quality for all of Tonkean and are eager to edit other’s people’s work. You are empathetic and can put yourself in the shoes of every persona and can write content that engages and moves them. Most importantly, you are a team player willing to bring energy, positivity, ideas, dedication, and an open mind each and every day.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Writing creative content in multiple forms including blogs, website, social posts, ads, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and more.
  • Develop compelling ideas and narratives to generate traffic and engagement from all of our audiences.
  • Partner with the rest of marketing and sales to drive leads and opportunities.
  • Help other employees, partners, and customers with content contributions and edit their work to match our brand voice.
  • Manage content production from idea generation through to publication.
  • Measure the effectiveness of content through various channels and improve the overall content process to maximize outcomes.
 

Requirements:

  • Excellent writer with proven portfolio of captivating and moving content
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or content manager in B2B technology companies.
  • Experience in editorial and strategic content writing, with a focus on operations, business, or technology
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytical approaches to story creation and delivery
  • Organized, dedicated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and can produce quality content in tight timelines
  • Open-minded individual who knows how to give and receive feedback to better yourself and those around you
  • Cross-functional mindset and experience collaboration with sales, growth, engineering, and other functions
