As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will…
- Lead, design, and execute demand generation strategy and programs
- Plan and execute complete, multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Find creative ways of reaching potential customers through digital and in-person channels
- Drive creation of compelling and effective campaign ads and landing pages for each stage of the buyer’s journey
- Experiment and continuously improve the quantity and quality of leads across organic and paid channels, including search, social, display, direct mail, and other digital or offline tactics.
- Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals
- Work with Marketing Specialist to research and guide SEO strategy for Tonkean’s website, blog, PR, social, and other content.
- Be a creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
- Be diligent about finding supporting information or data to test hypotheses.
- Confident, but humble, and open to feedback and collaboration.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.

- 3+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in creating an efficient demand generation engine that drives fast-paced growth.
- Have an excellent understanding of B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
- Extensive experience managing ABM strategies.
- Have a B.A. or similar degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
