With over 200 clients on their roster, Paladin helps facilitate the planning, build, launch, and ongoing management of their clients’ internal networks or external customer communities.

Each client engagement features the participation of multiple internal teams. Sales leaders, account executives, strategic planners, engineers, finance, and administrative support all have a hand in successfully meeting their clients’ goals. Each team leverages discrete tools to organize and manage their specific responsibilities; Salesforce, JIRA, Slack. And, that’s just the start!

For client relationship managers, it is challenging and labor-intensive to fully grasp the status of projects and get updates from the team. Each platform works great on its own, but, they are disconnected from each other. Paladin tried a few, more expensive, business intelligence and management platforms before coming to Tonkean. While the data consolidation was good, they found it impossible to access details on individual action items. Those platforms were too high level. With Tonkean, Paladin creates Tracks for each client engagement, and Sub-tracks for each action item and deliverable. Sub-tracks are assigned to owners, and relevant data from the specific platforms those owners use is dynamically accessed providing client relationship leaders with the awareness they need.

With the A.I. Bot, teams are pinged for updates, responses posted to the Tonkean platform, and relationship managers alerted via Slack and email – automatically and in real-time. No writing emails. No waiting. Nothing slipped through cracks.
