How does the 7-day free trial work?

Take Tonkean for a test drive. All features and functionality in our STANDARD plan are available for 7 days at no cost. We only ask for a credit card number in case you want to integrate your tools via Webhooks. Your card will not get charged and you can cancel any time before your trial ends.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You will be notified as the end of your trial approaches with options for subscribing. If you choose not to subscribe, your account automatically converts to our FREE plan. All of your current Lists, Tracks, Integrations and data will stay accessible.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing cycle. You will not be charged again after then.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan once I subscribe?

You can change your plan at any time. Visit BILLING in the navigation menu and select CHANGE PLAN.

Do you offer discounts for students, non-profits or educational institutions?

Of course! Please contact us for more details. We will need a copy of your 501(c)3 or student ID.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are managed securely by Stripe which accepts all major credit cards. We do not handle your credit card details directly. Other forms are accepted in enterprise plans.
